Summer & Fall
Spend your days on the Westside Wine Trail, just minutes away — Little Straw Vineyards, Mount Boucherie Estate Winery, Beaumont Family Estate Winery, and Volcanic Hills Estate Winery are all within about 10 minutes, with Quails' Gate Winery and Mission Hill Family Estate a short drive further along the lake. Play a round at Shannon Lake Golf Club, right in the neighbourhood, or spend the afternoon hiking and swimming at Kalamoir Regional Park, Rose Valley Regional Park, or the Gellatly Bay waterfront promenade on Okanagan Lake.
Winter
When the snow arrives, Big White Ski Resort is about an hour away, with over 2,700 acres of skiable terrain and some of Canada's best night skiing. SilverStar Mountain Resort, a little further north, connects to Canada's largest groomed Nordic trail network for snowshoeing and cross-country skiing.
